Tom Fournier of Fournier Remodeling has done some major work for us.
Replacement and painting of the entire external structural and decorative woodwork for the entire house, Eaves and soffits, wood frames, patio siding, etc. He replaced 3 doors and flooring and cleaned up and painted inside rooms. modernized and replaced some electrical wiring to install new outside lighting. Tom did outstanding work, including external concrete patching. This enphasized the extent of his skills and expertise as well as not being limited when enrolling external help when needed.
Tom has been easy to work with and his advice and suggestions were very helpful. His personality is very accommodating and friendly. His work ethic is excellent with “no cutting corners” The Richardson City Inspector was very impressed with his work. Please note he works by himself (with some additional help sometimes) so projects may take longer. but in the end you know that the work is done well.
We would highly recommend him for any remodeling job.

I had new bathroom faucets that needed insallation, a shower door that wouldn't close completely that needed repair, and a door that was difficult to lock that needed adjustment. Tom gave me a reasonable estimate and completed everything in one day. There was a leak under one of the sinks following installation, so I contacted Tom and he came out right away to fix the problem. He is very friendly and punctual to top it off. I'm thankful to have found such a great handyman. I will definitely be calling him again!
